How we work

A proven process, tuned for speed.

01

Discover

Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

We embed with your team — stakeholder interviews, competitive audits, data review — to separate the real opportunity from the assumed one.

  • Discovery workshop
  • Competitive & market audit
  • Research synthesis report
  • Opportunity brief
02

Define

Typical duration: 1 week

Strategy and scope come together into a roadmap the whole team can rally behind — prioritized, de-risked and tied to business outcomes.

  • Strategic brief
  • Scoped roadmap
  • Success metrics
  • Budget & timeline sign-off
03

Design

Typical duration: 3–6 weeks

Concepts move fast into high-fidelity, tested design across every touchpoint, with structured feedback loops so nothing surprises you at launch.

  • Concept exploration
  • High-fidelity design
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Usability testing rounds
  • Design system documentation
04

Deliver

Typical duration: 4–10 weeks

Engineering, QA and launch — then we stay on to measure, learn and iterate, because a launch is a milestone, not a finish line.

  • Production-ready build
  • QA & cross-browser testing
  • Launch support
  • Post-launch performance review
  • 30-day iteration window
Good to know

Questions clients ask before we start.

  • Most engagements run 8–16 weeks end to end, depending on scope. Brand-only projects move faster; full product builds with engineering typically land toward the longer end. We’ll give you a scoped timeline before anything starts.

  • Both. About half of our active clients are funded startups building their first real product; the other half are established teams replacing something that no longer scales. The process flexes, but the rigor doesn’t.

  • Most projects are fixed-scope with milestone billing. For ongoing product work, we also run monthly retainers with a dedicated pod. We’ll recommend whichever fits the shape of your problem during the Define phase.

  • Yes — we regularly extend existing systems rather than starting from zero. The Discover phase includes an audit of what you already have, and we’ll tell you honestly if a rebuild is actually warranted or not.

  • Every project includes a 30-day iteration window post-launch. Beyond that, most clients move to a lightweight retainer for ongoing improvements, bug fixes and feature work.
